It depends, when you sign up to a subscription, yes they refresh each month, but if you're purchasing bundles, gift cards or you receive promotional coffees, they have a longer expiry date.

We limit the amount of Kuppso coffees ordered at one time to 4. This is to ensure that our partners don't get too overwhelmed in the busy periods.

We've made it really easy to change your subscription, simply hit the 'My Subscription' button in settings and you can choose the subscription level you are on.

All of our partners have a profile on our app. On here it lists the drinks that are available.

Yes! Drink in or take away, you choose.

Most of our partners offer alternative milks, this is listed in on their profiles in our app. As alternaive milke are considerably more expensive that cows milk, it is down to the partner on whether they charge an additional fee for this.

Your Kuppso coffees allow you to pick up a medium size drink (12oz), this is normally the size of a standard latte. If you want a larger drink or an extra shot, it is down to the partner on whether they charge an additional fee for this.

As standard, yourt Kuppso coffee doesn't include syrups, therefore our Partners can choose to add an additional charge for this.
