How do I use the app?

1. Find a Partner in our app.
2. Pop in, order as normal, mention that you're with Kuppso
3. Click 'Order' in your app and scan the code on the in-store reader
4. That's it!

How do I find Kuppso partners?

Within the Kuppso app, click the pin icon, if your favourite indie coffee hotpsot isn't there, you can suggest them here - https://www.kuppso.com/request-a-kuppso-partner

What drinks are available through Kuppso

All of our partners have a profile on our app. On here it lists the drinks that are available.

What size drinks can I get

Accepted Answer

Your Kuppso coffees allow you to pick up a medium size drink (12oz), this is normally the size of a standard latte. If you want a larger drink or an extra shot, it is down to the partner on whether they charge an additional fee for this.

Do my coffees expire?

Accepted Answer

It depends. When you sign up to a subscription, yes they refresh each month, but if you're purchasing bundles, gift cards or you receive promotional coffees, they have a longer expiry date.

How do I get my favourite coffee hotspot on Kuppso?

How many coffees can I order at a time?

Accepted Answer

We limit the amount of Kuppso coffees ordered at one time to 4. This is to ensure that our partners don't get too overwhelmed in the busy periods.

How do I upgrade or downgrade my subscription

Accepted Answer

We've made it really easy to change your subscription, simply hit the 'My Subscription' button in settings and you can choose the subscription level you are on.

Can I get alternative milks?

Most of our partners offer alternative milks, this is listed in on their profiles in our app. As alternaive milke are considerably more expensive that cows milk,  it is down to the partner on whether they charge an additional fee for this.

Can I get syrups in my Kuppso coffee?

Accepted Answer

As standard, your Kuppso coffee doesn't include syrups, therefore our Partners can choose to add an additional charge for this.

Do I need a subscription?

You can choose how you use Kuppso. Either pay as you go with our handy coffee packs, or you can subscribe. 
With Kuppso subscriptions, your coffees cost £2.50. With our packs, your coffee costs £2.75. Either way, your're getting amazing coffee for a fraction of the cost!
