6 months of free coffees Terms and Conditions

Eligibility:
1.1 The competition is open to individuals aged 18 years and over.
1.2 Employees of Kuppso Coffee Club and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the competition.
1.3 By entering the competition, participants warrant that they meet the eligibility criteria and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Entry:
2.1 To enter the competition, participants must Like the social post, follow Kuppso on Instagram, tag one friend in the post comments, share this post on your stories. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries will be disqualified. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or submitted after the closing date will not be accepted.

Prize:
3.1 The prize consists of 6 months of free coffee on the 10 drinks per month subscription level.
3.2 The free coffees are redeemable at any of Kuppso's independent partners.
3.3 The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
3.4 Kuppso reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without prior notice.
3.5 Any additional costs associated with redeeming the prize, such as travel expenses, are the responsibility of the winner.

Winner Selection:
4.1 The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.
4.2 The draw will be conducted fairly and independently.
4.3 The winner will be notified via instagram or Facebook within seven days of the closing date.
4.4 If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, Kuppso reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.

General:
5.1 By entering the competition, participants grant Kuppso Coffee Club the right to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.
5.2 Kuppso reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and disqualify any entry that breaches these terms and conditions.
5.3 Kuppso Coffee Club's decision on all matters relating to the competition is final and binding.
5.4 Kuppso reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.
